Do I need a card to start?
No. Create as many Journeys as you like and upload content for free — Journeys you don't publish never cost anything. We ask for a card when you publish your first Journey, and you're not charged then.
When am I charged?
When the first person opens their 4th Moment in one of your Journeys. Your plan starts that day.
Who counts toward my plan?
Anyone who opens their 4th Moment in one of your Journeys, while their Journey is running. People who only see the first 3 Moments never count. Each person counts once, however many of your Journeys they're in.
What is the Branded app?
Your own app: your name and icon on your people's phones, your own start screen and your own address. +$79/month on Start and Pro, included in Team and Scale, plus a one-time $149 setup.
What is the founder offer?
Our first 25 customers get 35% off their plan and Branded app for as long as they stay a customer, and half-price Branded app setup ($75 instead of $149). It doesn't apply to extra users.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for. Your content is kept for 90 days in case you come back.
Do my people need to download anything?
No. They open one link and save the app to their home screen; it shows them how.
